Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At HotHouse, we strive to bring you beautifully designed and well-crafted home essentials that you’ll love. Every product is carefully packed and inspected before dispatch. However, if something doesn’t go as planned, we’re here to help.

Damages and Issues (Wrong Item, Damaged Product, Incorrect Size, or Incomplete Order)

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they reach you safely.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@kotart.in with photos of the damaged product and its packaging.

Our team will review your case and resolve it promptly by offering a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Be in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact

  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

Return Procedure

  1. Please initiate a return request within 7 days of delivery by contacting us at support@kotart.in.

  2. Once approved, we’ll arrange a return pickup for the product.

  3. The returned item will go through a quality check to ensure it is unused and in original condition.

  4. After approval, your refund or exchange will be processed.

Note:

  • A 15% deduction from the order value will apply for return shipping costs on refunds.

  • For prepaid orders, refunds are made to the original payment method.

  • For COD orders, please share your bank details for the refund.

  • COD charges are non-refundable.

  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account after approval.

Please note: Items sent back to us without prior communication will not be accepted.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled anytime before dispatch without any extra cost.

To cancel, email us at support@kotart.in.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Custom or Personalized Product Orders

Custom or personalized products (created specifically on your request or based on your images) are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

These orders are only eligible for replacement in case of damaged or incorrect items received.

COD is not applicable on custom orders.

Bulk Orders

Orders with a total value above ₹10,000 fall under our bulk order category.

Bulk orders are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Only individual damaged or defective items within such orders can be replaced.

Please note that bulk orders may require additional shipping time, which will be confirmed by our team at the time of order confirmation.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange a product, the fastest way is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and confirm whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Please note that banks or payment gateways may take additional time to reflect the amount.
