Shipping & Delivery Policy

At HotHouse, we work hard to ensure your orders reach you safely and on time. We currently deliver across most locations in India through trusted logistics partners.

Dispatch Timelines

We usually dispatch all in-stock products within 1 business day from the time your order is placed.

Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email or SMS with tracking details so you can follow your order’s journey.

Please note: In some cases (such as high order volumes, festivals, or remote delivery areas), dispatch or delivery may take slightly longer than expected. We’ll keep you informed if that happens.

Delivery Timelines

Our typical delivery time ranges between 5–12 business days, depending on your location, courier availability, and distance from our warehouse in Kota, Rajasthan.

While we always aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen factors such as courier service interruptions, weather conditions, or local restrictions.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

If your PIN code is eligible for Cash on Delivery, you’ll see the option during checkout.

A small COD handling fee will apply.

Please note:

If a confirmed COD order is declined or not accepted at the time of delivery, we may be unable to offer COD services for your future orders.
COD and shipping fees are non-refundable in case of returns or cancellations after dispatch.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on order size, weight, and delivery location and will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS (depending on your contact details provided).

Tracking details are updated by our courier partners, so please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking to become active.

Undelivered Packages

If your package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details, unavailability, or repeated delivery attempts, the shipment will be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

Non-Refundable Fees

Please note that shipping and COD fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
